RESAAS Services (CSE:RSS), which has built a social and global referral network for real estate agents, says it has added yet another brokerage to its platform with the addition of Sea Coast Exclusive Properties.

Sea Coast has three offices in North County coastal San Diego, and serves the areas of Cardiff by the Sea, Carlsbad, Carmel Valley, Del Mar, Encinitas, Oceanside, Rancho Sante Fe, San Marcos, Solana Beach, Sorrento Valley and Vista.

"At Sea Coast Exclusive Properties we are devoted to serving our clients with the best possible marketing techniques and technology, which our agents can use to make each transaction run smoothly," said Loren Sanders of Sea Coast Exclusive.

"RESAAS will aid in our marketing strategies through the power of social media. As well, members of Sea Coast will have access to the growing community of agents on RESAAS, allowing for greater networking and referral capabilities."

Indeed, RESAAS provides a social media platform for real estate agents to showcase their listings, answer questions from potential homebuyers, communicate ideas on their market to followers online, as well as refer and network with each other. It is designed to sync with other social networks such as Facebook (NASDAQ:FB), Twitter (NYSE:TWTR) and LinkedIn (NYSE:LNKD), allowing listings and photos to be shared, and industry news to be posted, all of which helps generate leads for the agent.

The business has gone international quickly, with the company having built its own proprietary translation website in order to allow the platform to reach a truly global audience. It first translated the platform into Spanish in March, and has since added French, Turkish and most recently, Portuguese. It has plans to release another 20 languages over the next two months.

The international expansion has no doubt been fueled in part by its partnership with some of the largest organizations in the real estate industry, the biggest being RE/MAX with 95,000 agents in over 100 countries, which has accelerated interest from overseas.

Earlier this week, RESAAS said the rapid adoption of its platform by agents and brokers across North America has fueled demand from a variety of companies wanting to market their brand, products and services to a large and targeted demographic. This led to the launch of AdSAAS, its proprietary advertising engine, as RESAAS taps into companies that are seeking to advertise their brands on its growing platform.  Sprint Mobile and Point2 Homes are its anchor clients.

RESAAS has added over 70 large brokerages in Canada and the U.S. since opening for business in February 2013, as well as signed on several real estate associations and franchises, including the groundbreaking deal with RE/MAX.

Expansion is certainly on the horizon for the budding Vancouver-based company, whose stock price has more than tripled in the last 12 months on the back of a series of client additions.

"Since all three of the Sea Coast Exclusive Properties offices will be connected together in a private firm feed, agents will now be able to follow each other's activity, such as new listings and open houses, which will help increase the effectiveness of the communication between agents in different offices," said VP of sales for RESAAS, Padraig Cullen.

When using RESAAS, each Sea Coast Exclusive Properties agent will receive his or her own profile page, and will be connected together privately to easily share activity within the firm and with the wider RESAAS community. Reported by Proactive Investors 18 hours ago.
