A Turkish version of "The O.C.", here we come. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 13-episode Turkish remake will mark the first time the beloved Fox drama has been adapted for another country.The Turkish version of "The O.C." will follow the same story as the Fox soap and feature a group of affluent people whose lives are changed by an outsider.
"We are really pleased to be working with Ay Yapim and Star TV on the Turkish version of 'The O.C.' Today, the standards are so high in drama, so we are delighted with what they’ve done with such an iconic format -- it looks glossy and perfectly replicates the original series with a Turkish twist,” Andrew Zein, senior vp creative, format development and sales at WBITVP, said according to THR.
